thanks m8 am wanting it in paint next week kinda stuck on what to do with the sunroof im gna try my head lining in it if it looks daft nd doesnt fit properly i will need to try get my 1 on it only prob is i will have to cut the roof to get the proper 1 on it could be alot of work but i think it would be worth it

spent the day playing with more tin worm took out the windscreen to find 3 plates require and delt with the passenger side floor and sill getting there or am i every time a look round another part there is more tin worm lol still a good shell though
so more welding to come and all welds well be grinded smooth when am done when its time for paint prep

thanks mate and no thanks to be honest if a lived closer to any of the lads on here ad gladly do it and the welder runs like a champ for 50 quid and its set up with pug gas well chuffed with it

dont think it helps me that i got a crappy arc welder im ok with all other aspects of it just when it comes to welding im crap its allways a strong weld just not neat

ur using an arc welder well ur doing well then m8 and they look good for what ur trying to weld with u should get yerself a we mig a paid 50 for mine twentyth hand but lol and it can run gas or gasless wire well worth every penny

hello again folks its time a put a we update in so iv not really been doing much with the uno as i didnt really c much point in keeping on doin the shell till i sorted my roof problem as i was never gna finish the car while i had the after market sunroof on as its just a pain in the ass for headlining etc so i was looking for a roof skin of any kind sunroof or non and finaly after a few months a finaly got 1 thanks to charlie as usual lol so it should be here hopefully next week tops and get that fitted and paint the shell b4 it gets to cold to paint so like i said i havent really done much bar buy punto gt brakes for the front to allow me to run the strada wheels and weld round the windscreen up

time for a small update i recently bought another roof as the aftermarket sunroof it had was driving me crazy so time to do my first roof skin and i must say its a pain in the ars
that was the easy bit cutting the skin off.
as for the fitting the other 1 and keepin it square was a real pain but 4 hours later and alot of cursing its in and ready for welding but al leave that till 2morro when i have a clear head
