mk1 uno turbo parts for restoration project

hi there all, new member here, i am looking to source some parts to help my restoration along on my mk1 uno turbo G reg, i have had the car for over seven years now and its high time i did something with it.

parts needed :

bumpers, front and rear

original wheels

top of dash pod

and lots of other bits lol

Somewhere, not exactly sure where, under a pile of other stuff, I'm sure I have a set of original 13s...iirc there are quite tatty, and need a refurb, but should scrub up very nicely, again, will probably have to wait till later in the week for me to dig out and photo...

also have a set of 13" lancia delta/saab 600 "nipples" for sale if you are intrested?

thanks for the info rob re ebay, but am i right in thinking the later mk 1 turbo's had a slightly different wheel, something to do with a lip around where the outer spokes are, i had as my second car when i was 19 a lovely black f reg mk 1 turbo and i remember the wheels where slightly different to all the other earlier turbo's i had seen, i actually only need 1 wheel cos 1 on my car is damaged, but would be happy to buy a complete set

yeah the later ones are slightly recesed round the bolt area are these the type you are after that 70sx was on gumtree i think if i remember correct looks a nice car thats up to you mate if i had the space and the missis wouldnt kill me i would b very tempted to buy it

You do need to ascertain whether it is the earlier type or not though.

they and some others are currently buried under a mountain of parts from my lock up which is being refurbed..might be quite a while before i can dig them out...

according to how many left there only 6 70sx left so a nice example like that will only go up in price in a few years surely

yes its definately the later type i need, i have 3 good ones and a damaged one, the spare that came with the car is an earlier type

thought I had a stray late MK1 alloy in the garden - just checked and it's an early one. not mine lol.

thats ok mate yeah its nice that one im more of a mk1 fan myself but since seeing doodys mk2 up close the mk2s are growing on me

what other bit do you need mate as i have a few mk1 bits

well always looking for good condition parts for it, would love a better front bumper for it, also i wouldnt mind a standard air box and pipes as it has a cone filter which i dont really like that much.
I f there are any really good condition doors that you know of would be a great help as well
The later type mk1 wheel which has already been mentioned i would like to get hold of too

but anything that you can help the resto with will be appreciated mate

i aint got any of that sorry mate im allways looking for bits for mine to so if i see anything ill let you know mate have you looked on ebay italy its amazing what you can get new from there it can b pricey but some stuff is reasonably priced if you use google chrome it automatically translates for you im sure i seen new air boxes on there and pipes etc

some new bits here mate i got a few bits of here there is a promo code floating round here i put up if you want anything from them think it was 10 percent of or something

haven't thought of doing that mate, i'm going to have a look to see how i can get on their site as i would love an original air-box on mine.

i found tho if you search for the exact item it doesnt allways display them sometimes you have to just type in uno turbo and scroll throught the pages till you find what you want
