punto gt ecu recognition

i have an ecu for a punto gt,its serial number is 0 046 436 422 0,how can i tell the specific model number of the vehicle i.e gt1 2 3

If you look at the cover of the ECU you will see a sticker with a barcode on it. Below the Bosch writing is a ten digit part code that begins 0 XXX XXX yyy. Now the important bit here is the 'yyy'. The last three digits represent which era the GT is from;

0 XXX XXX 099 - GT1
0 XXX XXX 841 - GT2
0 XXX XXX 159 - GT3
