WHAT ENGINE

I'm after a UT engine, but cannot find one anywhere (at a decent price!) I had my eye on one on ebay, but it was taken off the next day!!!

Which other engine will fit into a standard uno to give it more power???
Again without going mental and re-fabricating the front end?

I've looked at the Punto GT, but again the prices of these are now starting to rise.

punto gt engines have never been cheaper,

a gt3 engine is a very good choice for a uno

Mmmm, what sort of price do these go for???
I was talking to someone on Facebook who was thinking of doing or about to put a Lancia 1.6
in their Uno.
I know Duncan has done one and his conversion is brilliant!!!
I may be able to get hold of one of these engines fairly cheaply???
Also I must mention that I will not be doing the work, my mate has a garage and he said he would do the engine swop for £200 as a guvvy!!
I will be mostly assisting and making tea.
