Wanted to say hi hope all well and will unvail the weapon soon it is a 1301 mk1 uno turbo phase 2 with a lot of tricks hehe who else is from Essex and does this forum ever do track days and rolling roads also wanted to know what the highest mk1 bhp is from the 1301 thanks

Welcome to the forum, I'm from Suffolk near Ipswich.
as for the track days and rolling road, I've never been on one as a club. We Meet up at Santa pod for the Retro Show in the summer and some of us go on the strip.
The highest mk1 uno that I know of is about 190 BHP+ but there may be one with more???

I do the odd trackday, usually at Brands Hatch, hoping to do one later this year after i've fitted the new afr gauge/elec boost controller i've just bought

You will be shocked hehe there is a beast in making also when in summer
Is the show would like to show what a rebirth is and Suffolk is close

Good good and all I will say is me and avanti are quiet close lol as for 190 bhp should be over that at 1.5 bar hehe and will go to 2-3 bar and yes engine is strengthened before questions asked

i don't know what power my mk2 is but was getting 1.02 laps at brands, hoping to beat the 1 minute on my next trip, it now has 8" wide track wheels and some other tweaks

I also recently bought Avanti's old mk1 race car - the one on their website, which they claimed was 240bhp hoping to get it back into shape for next year and onto the track

The old white 1 hehe that is a weapon but mine is there advanced model hehee I have done all the working out and will say will shock people and top end will frighten you all lol

over 300bhp on the 1.4 and 335bhp with a stroker 1.6 8v

can get over 200bhp on the standard engine

Sounds like a top spec set up

Yeah the Avanti one i have is old skool, it was built 10 years ago!, but the hardware is all there, steel crank, arp rods, forged pistons, LSD, etc. Once i have installed the wideband afr to see whats going on with the fueling, i'll then look at new management. The guy who worked there who built has now left so they couldn't give me any more info it.
