Have a wee think about what block you are using for this 1.9 Mark. In my opinion the open deck block you have is weak and prone to rotten, unlike the closed deck Mk1 and X19 blocks (X19 has the same 86.4mm bore)

the 78mm stilo crank doesnt fit into the 1500 x1/9 block though and it doesnt have under piston oil sprayers,
