Ive got a standard plastic fuel pump cover but im now starting to go out of my mind trying to work out how it fits Mad

Ive looked at Fiats images and as it should, it bolts up to the bracket but the holes don't line up!!! Please, if anyone out there in the UT world can help with pics or any advice??

Cheers

Hi Mark,

Does the below help? The cover is lined up with the screws/washers + rubber grommets & holes on the bottom part of the cradle.

The pic above is pretty good, its just the outside 2 bolts that hold it on i think, the middle hole is just for the bolt head of the pump securing bracket to poke through, its not a fixing.

Heres my homebrew special Laughing reminds me i need to put it back on.

Yes it's steel (from an early '88 model) although was covered in a thick plasticy coating originally, like thick seam sealer. Not sure if I repair that one or make a stainless steel version, something like gtirx2 has done.
