missed my other one that much so had to get another
only i was too lazy to travel the 220 miles and after talking to the lady owner loads bought it lol
but... lol because this is me it had to turn into a bit of a lemon with serious rot.
this isn't as bad as it seams though as the 17 inch alloys & tyres are good and the Abarth kit is quite hard to find.
plus the interior is in very near brand new condition, carpets, seats, door cards etc.
so about a week ago i've managed to get old of another, a 03 reg diesel elx for £500 with an almost mint body but shite interior. this has just had all the suspension stuff done which is an expensive job and had a new clutch too
the seals have gone in the injectors so the bloke thinking it was going to cost loads, cut his losses and sold it. the seals have just cost me £5 going to do them tomorrow.
i've switched the interior over already just got to repair and respray the body kit and switch that along with the wheels over.
aside from the looks i love these cars.

thanks, i guess your right lol but in my case i put it down to a serious lack of attention from the mrs.
i notice there is no projects category for other cars on here so i'll update this one here if no one minds, i have been making progress on the old multi...
hope this link works...

notice the rear bumper & skirts with the black guide coat, they have been rubbed down and primed up now.
that bloody front bumper was a nightmare, never again lol if i were to get it done at a body shop it would of worked out cheaper to just replace as it took two weeks solid to sort it out. it's been glued, fibre glassed, filled & primed & i've been bloody freezing the whole time.
going to paint it all at the weekend. hoping they turn out ok though as i have bought one of those crappy paint sprayer things from Argos, money's quite tight these days.
that's all for now, only thing left to say is fingers crossed i don't have to rub it all down again.

lol think these cars were in a the top 10 of a list of the ugliest cars ever made.
thanks to who ever moved this thread, I didn't even know there was a non uno section.
painting today didn't go very well at all, so i'm on the hunt now for a compressor and spray gun.
buying the electric sprayer from Argos was a very bad idea lol you just can't control the flow of air and paint properly.
progress for now is going to be slow from this point so i'll switch the attention to my neglected uno who is probably feeling sorry for itself by now.

cheers rob, that's a good price. i always thought they were much more than that.
the £70 i paid for that rubbish electric one seems expensive now.
can't afford it though at the min, Christmas has wiped us out, hopefully next month.
thanks for the link though mate i'll definitely look into it next month.
