injector clicking/ticking

Just a quickie I have just replaced my cylinder head due to shim tapping and its now sorted. But fixing that I can hear the injectors clicking is this normal couldn't hear it before due to valve shims being very worn. Thanks for any advice. Car runs fine.

someone else should b able to give more info mate but i think thats normal i believe its just the injector opening and closing

That's what I thought I put a stethoscope on and it seems its coming from the injectors. And you can also feel them pulsing. Thanks for your reply but would also like other peoples views.

Pretty normal mate. All UT engines make it. Nothing to worry about....just old skool electronic injection working away like a singer sowing maching! Ticka ticka ticka ticka
