Hi Ben,
I'm going to buy a sheet of 4mm Polycarbonate and make my own. I know people that have done it before and it seems it's not hard. Just need a good eye for measuring, some sharp tools and some patients. I would use the glass as templates. Remember to leave the protective vinyl on while measuring/cutting/drilling.

I had them made for mine, laser cut exact copies, sorry i cant find the contact info, i'm sure it was on the old collective site - the guy was ebay manly selling Escort windows. It didn't work out much more than buying the sheets and they were rally spec material etc
They make a big difference in weight. I've got the rally sliders on the passenger side but kept the electric window on the drivers, as i couldn't live without hanging the arm out the window on hot days! lol ( i had a mate who went the whole sliders on both sides route and said it was unbearable in traffic in the summer and went back to glass / winders)
