Re: MK2 Fiat Uno Turbo Resto project on Ebay
This used to be my mums car about 5 or 6 years ago and about 4 owners since. This car back then was 100% rust free the bloke she bought it off welded in new rear turrets so this car back then was incredibly solid.
However the paint quality was pitted and faded an thin so it is well overdue a repaint.
I've been tracking this car since then and it has had an engine rebuild since and someone has cut the bumper to fit a front mount intercooler which looked nasty but never got connected up.
From memory it was quite worn out i.e. fixtures, trim, central locking (i repaired the central locking twice in the short time she had it) but i guess most are worn out now.
"if it's still in the same-ish condition and you have a lot of spares the body on it is superb" just badly needs respraying.
