Piccolo Integrale
Hi everyone. I'm Michael from Poland. Over the last three years I worked on my sick idea. Plan was simple. Build something "fat". First I bring the healty shell from one of Uno Club Poland user. Then I start looking for the engine and running gear from Lancia Integrale. When everything was on place I can start cuting and welding stuff to fit all parts together. After this time the car left the garage and ran the first km.
What is in the car:
Engine:
2.0 16V Turbo from Fiat Coupe- slightly modified. Without balancer shafts, heavy duty clutch, 380ccm and 440ccm injectors (2 injection rails) walbro 255, Evocars chip i theory 1,25 Boost ~250KM i 400Nm (temporary), FMIC. Venair silicone pipes, Garrett TB0338. Warex muffler with butterfly throttle, 2,5" exhaust pipe, Radiator from Skoda Felicia 1,6 Diesel, 2x 10" Spal fan,
Running gear:
From front to the back (gearbox to rear diff) Lancia Dedra Integrale
Suspension , steering and brakes:
D2 Racing Coilovers suspension from Fiat Coupe
Wheels Speedline Montecarlo 7,5x16"
Front - 4 pot Brembo from Alfa 166 and 305mm disc, rear -standard Coupe system 240mm , Fiat Palio Weekend servo and brake pump
Electric power steering from Fiat Seicento
Interior:
Rollcage, 50L alloy tank DemonMotorSport, 50Ah Optima Blue Top , 2 Bucket seats Mirco, 3 point Schroth harness, UT gauge with indiglo dials, EGT and ARF from Innovate,
Exterior:
Everything what I can I left original. The rest is just a accident
If I wrote something incorrectly I apologize. Me and Google we tried very hard
Now the pics:
Some pics from building time:
new (left)and old(right) shell
by by old
professional measurements
new support an beam
new paint
hole in the floor
FMIC
brakes and D2 coilovers
exhaust

Hi Dunc!
First of all I want to say, you were my inspiration to build uno 2.0 8v turbo - many thanks for that
Second - if you're thnking about uno integrale - I can help with knowledge as good as Drupi, because I was with him in garage for this three years and sometimes helps him to plan and build his project.

Re: Piccolo Integrale
Hi. Why 5D. First - have you ever seen Delta Integrale 3d? Second I prefer 5D view, and it's more practical. It was easier to put rollcage for example

I blew the piston rings on mine, and this is now why i am going 2.0 16v.
I have many questions! I see you are on Facebook, i shall add you now!

Re: Piccolo Integrale
Hi. 80km/h (~50 MPH), summer tires, long and tight corner, 3 corrections of steering, not ideal connection between seat and steering wheel and caboom. To tell you the truth i have enough. That was long 3 years of build. Maybe if I would have closer to the garage (now is 1200km in one way). I decided to sell everything and rest physically and mentaly. This is what i saw on the last seconds before hit.

reminds me, one new years resolution i am gonna stick to for good is not to text whilst driving, i nearly did what you did on a motorway just before Christmas, and that's all i saw before i swerved quick !!!!
Feel bad for you, but get your head right, and you'll be back and hey, do a three door next time...?
