Selling my MK1 sleeper - 5/10/13 now priced at £650

It's an 88 MK1 999cc non sun roof shell with 85 running gear & interior

over 100 pics of how the car stands today this gallery - Pics taken Wednesday
http://www.fiatforum.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=3648&page=1

Been dry stored since 2006
113K on the clock

Lots of restoration pics in this gallery http://www.fiatforum.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=949&page=5
Engine bay
Re sprayed engine bay
96K engine fitted with Polished Plenum chamber and cam cover
Topshift gearbox conversion with new clutch kit
New looking oil cooler and after cooler
Good rad (slow fan speed bypassed to full speed)
new lowering arms
New anti roll bar bushes (superflex)
new timing belt and tensioner (fitted around 4 years ago 0 miles on them)
New water pump
very clean turbocharger
Samco blue water hoses
Standard black boost hoses
new uprated brake pipes (new hoses not yet fitted)
Rose jointed gear linkage (needs slight adjustment)
Oil & coolant changed
many parts stripped and sprayed - clean & tidy engine bay
Turbo front bumper in OK condition - not mint.

In car
Early MK1 5 strip interior - seat covers not perfect but no rips!!
Digital dash with working boost gage (original to the 1985 running gear)
Amazing turbo head liner / Roof liner with no sag! it must have been replaced at some point with a proper turbo item.
Red carpet / parcel shelf with no holes

Carpets are up and I removed the underseal 3 years ago so you can see exactly what is what with the shell. main floor pan is really good apart from inner sills. - they are solid but surface rust where no underseal (you don't need underseal for an MOT - put it on after).

Floor may need a few spots of weld around the edges.

Rear turret tops need replacing - I have includes a pair that I was told can be cleaned up and welded in.

Boot floor OK apart from edges.

NSF wing needs attention at the bottom.

has a fair few scratches and little dents / dings.

Will probs add more details later.

I've included almost all needed to finish project apart from brake discs / fluids time money and alloy wheels.

All that's in the first gallery will go with the car ( apart from house, drive and garage).

No MOT, no tax...

Just can't justify running it as a second car as family things are coming first.

Would be more of a shame if I were to brake it for parts to get maximum cash pirat .

I'm just looking for offers for now really.

I'm in no rush to sell, more about the right home tbh./;.

Hi Dunc,

You and Smed had an army of helpers last time I was round so you should be done in no time, plus you've all done it before Smile

From memory it needs
rear turrets doing,
front brakes back on and flexi hoses (have new ones in box). new disks - which I don't have.
Hub nuts need torquing - didn't bother trying until fitted the brakes fitted.

Fuel tank needs refitting as will fuel pump and fuel lines
You'd need to put the carpet back but as it's out you can see what your getting.
zorst is MK2 and sticks back a bit too much - may need a adjusting or MK2 rear bumper?
needs a recirclating valve (or DV if you choose).

Just tidying up with these parts putting back in http://www.fiatforum.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=107792

you get everything Uno in this gallery (10 pages) http://www.fiatforum.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=3648&page=8

Oh imobiliser was over active last time I had it out the garage so you'd need to replace it, but it's only a cobra cat2 so you'd probe bin it anyway.

Gone Cardiff way to someone who has the time and focus to finish it.

Glad it's gonna get done - I came close to splitting it for parts.

The guy don't do forums so won't be on here. May post a pic if I get anything.

This is the first time since 1996 I've not owned an Uno.
