Koni Suspension
Out of about 15/16 Uno turbo's i've owned over the years only one of them had a full set of Koni's, a late reg black mk2. Loved the way it felt so when i see a full set of unused Koni's come up i had to have them for my new mk1 Bought new and fitted to a Uno turbo that never moved & sadly rusted away over the years before being cut up in to sections and dumped by it's owner

Re: Koni Suspension
a red mk1 i used to own had a set of koni's on it, i remember the ride being very hard, one of the adjusters had broke so they were basically all stuck on the hardest setting,,

Re: Koni Suspension
I had the same thing happen on my old burnt orange Punto gt, one of the rears was stuck on the hardest setting and it felt terrible.Stuck 2 standard dampers on it in the end.st1allstar wrote:a red mk1 i used to own had a set of koni's on it, i remember the ride being very hard, one of the adjusters had broke so they were basically all stuck on the hardest setting,,

Re: Koni Suspension
i have adjustable shocks on mine. how do you adjust them, do you wind them in for firmer and out for softer.
'cus one side of the rear is softer then the other and i've never had adjustable ones before.

I know on Spax & Koni's it's clockwise for harder & anti-clockwise for softer.
Start from one end and count the clicks in to match both sets of shocks.
