Nurburgring

been on a trip to the ring wanted to go in my uno but its no where near finished so bought a Peugeot 205 gti 1.9,

awesome cars can see why they are the king of the 80's to early 90's hot hatch, drove her there and back did 8 laps round the ring and she didn't miss a beat, defo wanna go in my uno next year,

anyone else been round the ring on here? its such an amazing place and very scary on the track.

I went last month in my Punto GT...  Did a few laps and it was awesome!!!  She didn't miss a beat either.  

Debated taking my Uno but my concern was the other lunatics on the track.  Justified too as an M3 nearly took me out cutting in front on a tight corner...  Don't think he liked me pulling away from him (to my surprise too) on the straight before  

Been quite s few times only taken the Uno once in 2012 - would like to take it again though even if it is a bit tiresome on the motorway

Defo on my to do list, the Uno would be fun on the track, but yeah would be painfull all that way on a motorway ! bad enough getting to Brands Hatch!

I'm restoring a 16V Integrale so hopefully that will be more of road trip motor

anyone going the ring this year?

I was goin to go Xmas time in uno or failing that shall we all go next year and see who has the nippier uno lol
