Should the car have passed it's last Mot with rust holes that close to a suspension turret? Non-sunroof model though!

Sure I saw this in Enfield, North London a couple years ago, was rotten as a pear underneath, and the guy selling it thrashed the crap out of it with no coolant in it.

it was on gumtree a while back the lad thats got it now who brought it was goin to buy some bits of me for it then i think he lost his job so never did
