three mk2s on gumtree

3 recent ads and the white mk1 thats been about for a while seen the 160 bhp one somewhere before dont know if it was on tc

i really want a red mk2 UT but i'm struggling to find places to keep my one which is going to have to be moved yet again soon.

how come? been thinking about it for a while. i've seen the colour before and it looks great, although not on an uno.

I had a pearl white many moons ago and was the only person who thought is was smart apparently lol.. Plus you will devalue the car, as everyone wants them as standard as possible, as you know

I'm with Charlie on this one. Very, very few cars seem to suite having a pearlescent paint job, even if very slightly pearlescent. Not helped either by so many OTT Maxpower abortions a few years back choosing such paint, so much so that it became synonymous with chavved up boy racer vehicles. With Unos now falling into 'classic' territory (the Uno was first on sale 30 years ago ), keeping to original colours I would suggest would A: look better and B: help it to hold its value.

Then again, I am more into keeping older cars standard on the outside and keeping all the changes under the skin.

not really to fussed about devaluing it that much anyway as it's not standard now with the wheels, brakes interior etc. i'm fitting the punto ecu set-up soon anyway.
do you have any pics Charlie of the uno with that colour? i would of loved it in that colour
