Fit an adjustable unit that you can change the spring for your desired boost then fine tweek by preload.

Not worth seaching for a standard actuator IMO.

Hardest part is to make the bracket to accommodate the new actuator. By using your old bracket you can make a template from that to mimmick the mounting holes to the turbo then, scale up the bracket as necessary to mount the new actuator. 4mm steel should be up to the job.

Your car will respond much better with this set up !

I'd suggest going for a Forge unit. They are British, parts are readily available should you need any, easy to work on.

Look out for secondhand ones on Ebay with a straight threaded adjustment rod ( not cranked ). Your more than likely not gonna run more than a bar of boost so if , you can get one with a yellow spring fitted inside even better. Have a look on their website to get clued up on them.

Expect to pay upwards of £50 for a secondhand one.

Once fitted you'll never look back or use a poxy bleed valve again.

I used a Kinugawa one on mine, bought directly from Japan. I had to drill a couple of extra holes in the mounting plate that came with it but otherwise fits and works perfectly plus came with 0.5, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 bar springs.

As Unograle says it's definitely the way to go for adjusting boost.
