Rev's dropping & Stalling
Hi Guys,
My Uno starts up lumpy as anything and I have to give it a fair bit of throttle to keep it from stalling. Then once warm it drives fine however when I pull up to lights or stop the revs dip right down and it stalls. It also dips ever so slightly when I touch the the throttle to accelerate off from standing still.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!!

Sounds like you've got an air leak so check all your boost hoses for cracks / splits etc, vacuum hoses, and make sure your one way valve to your servo is working right and sealed ok into its grommet and pay attention to the condition of that hose that's connected to the plenum while your at. Make sure you have not got excessive corrosion to you metal boost pipes, and if you are still running a standard plastic end capped intercooler, check that isn't split, can't remember what boost you are running, don't remember you mentioning what its set at...?

Thanks for the info. I'll give those a look over. You don't think it could be the idle control valve as it seems to dip below 500rpm when coming to a stop but if it catches it stays at around 950rpm?
Not sure what its running as I didn't get any info when I bought the car. All I know is that the boost gauge goes way off the scale!

Yep, as i mentioned in my text to you, supplementary air valve can upset this but in my experience its usually a leak somewhere. Iv'e got some spare to test if you find no leaks down the whole boost tract.

Check your throttle position sensor clicks when it's fully open and closed
